A Good Time Had By All
The Class Reunion for the New Brunswick High School Class of 1963 is over and it was a huge success.
A good time was had by everyone talking about old times, while enjoying good drinks and good food.
It all started at the base hotel on Friday night with a small gathering of students that had a lot to talk about.
On Saturday afternoon the hospitality house was opened and the crowd grew as the afternoon progressed. Everybody was interested in hearing what everybody had to say.
Then it was on to the reunion. It started out with appetizers and an open bar, the sale of 50/50 tickets and the beginning of the Video Taping. Several announcements were made and the group Picture was taken.
After all that, it was time for dinner with more food offered than an army could eat.
After dinner the cash bar was opened and the DJ began playing some well known tunes from the 50 and 60 era. This really livened up the event with everyone participating in the dancing. WHAT FUN.
While this was going on several awards were given out, dessert & coffee/tea were served and the 50/50 winner was announced.
To round out the evening the Co-Chairman gave a goodbye message along with plans for the future. Lenny Kaye and Violet Olly sang a duet which was enjoyed by all.
